recorded this in my living room. need to know how it sounds to others im so far down the rabbit hole cant make heads or tails anymore

I think it sounds pretty good! The only thing I'd say is your vocal track is a little low on the mix. Sounds a little far away too. How are you recording vocals? mic? reflection screen? etc.

I thought the singer has a nice voice. Well performed. Vocals sound good. Except for the "I"'s on the "I don't need you" lines. Sounds like you're coughing something up.

The low end needs a bit more control. It's on the boomy side - at least on certain notes.

The snare could use a little more power. It's a bit on the slappy side.

"Piano" has a bit of a cheap sound to it. Kind of a honkiness at maybe 1K or so.
