Feedback on an instrumental mix

Well here's another song I've been working on for those of you who heard my first real attempt at recording/mixing. This song was written and performed by my friend sort of on the spot. This will be used by his friend in a film he's making. You'll also notice I left in some post-take noise at his request. The whole thing was recorded using one sm57 in case you were wondering. So criticize away and tell me what you think.

Sounds pretty good, however that very first acoustic guitar could lay off the treble just a touch and given a little bit of a fuller sound. Additionally, that feedback loop at the end that starts around 3:20 needs to be pulled back in volume. It overwhelms it too much.

Definitely excellent for a soundtrack. Just listening to this song gives me ideas for how a scene should play out. Love it when the drums kick in. Be very proud of this piece! :)
