i'm looking for this noise u hear on certain songs, which actually sounds like a feedback loop in recording.. lol. it's most probably called something else, and that would be what i want to know, what is it

With the proper programmable synthesizer, you could program that sound. It sounds like a triangle wave swelling up following an initial attack.
Boss made a guitar effect pedal (don't know if its still available) called the DF-2 Super Distortion and Feedbacker that has the ability to create that effect. I have owned one for years and use it to simulate guitar-like feedback from my synthesizers. According to reviews I have read, it is not the greatest sounding distortion pedal but the feedback effect is pretty cool. Anyway, I like it and I think if you tried it out, it might give you the effect you are looking for.
