Feable Weiner CD coming out on Doghouse Records!

...and I'm playing drums now!

Entirely recorded and mixed at our house by yours truly...and they're releasing it as is!

I recorded it all on a VS2480 and my computer. Some of you have heard some songs from it, some haven't.

Our album comes out October 14th! After we shoot a video, we'll be going back out on tour for a two and a half months! You can check out our show dates at:

Right now, you can sign up to preorder the record, for only $8 (that's really cheap!) You'll also get free stickers and a button when you preorder! When you preorder, it will count towards our first week's sales, and we need lots of those!

The preorders haven't started officially yet, but we're taking names to tally up a rough number for our record label to have for marketing purposes (so in press releases and such, they can say "already preordered x number of CD's!)

The more people buy, the better. Buy one! Buy 10! One person that will remain anonymous has already confirmed buying 25! If you're interested in confirming your preorder, email feableweiner@feableweiner.com with the subject line "Preorder" and let us know how many you want. We'll send you an email when you can officially preorder the CD.

The CD is so rockin! I can't wait! And the packaging...just as awesome - an old-school 80's style trapper keeper complete with velcro and all!

I'm not busting your chops at all, I promise. Long story, I guess. I'm VERY sincerely happy for you.

Since you're here, lemme' ask...they're releasing it as is, and from what I've heard, they should...Was it mastered anywhere?... and, if you don't mind, can you ballpark the recoupables, if any, for the label? I understand if you're not comfortable posting it, but I'd really like to know any details of the deal you can share...and I'm probalby not alone.

We got it remastered by Nick Zampiello at New Alliance in Boston. Great mastering job. Check you PM's for details...I can't post here, and what I can tell you, I'll tell you in your PM!

as for the people that will get their panties in a wad over this, they can all kiss my black ass.....if Alan Hyatt can have free reign over the mic forum without a problem, then this shouldnt be a biggie....hell, these dildos gave someone shit for offering to play their music for free.....

and Mama's Blues in NO is just a few blocks off Bourbon Street so make sure you go catch some strippers......

Man, I haven't seen you here in ages Darth Faders. I'm in awe. Simply awe. Not by how incredible your songs sound, but by the fact that the CD you recorded is coming out on Doghouse. One of my all time favorite bands (The Get Up Kids) is/was on that label. That strikes me as amazing.

im not really a fan of weiners style but the band seems to have it together and your production is definantly killer for home recording. Tell josh i said congrats as well, i played in a band with him ages ago.

FattMusiek - YES...the getup kids are so amazing!!! We're about to buy their old tour van! We're so excited about it. The All-American Rejects are on Doghouse, too. Hopefully we'll get some shows with them!
