Father Time is at Mother Natures's breast.
There are the worst times and then there are the best.
Mother's cycles measuring the sun it is a fact
Father's seasoning made to lessen the impact.

Mother said each to its season
and Father did concur
She the essence of fruit
and he life in seed as it were.

well ray, i would not go straight to the hole so to speak. Ms Nature needs to be courted. :laughings:

while walking this morning i came up with this. sounded like tom waits :p

Father time was in his prime
and looking like adonis
his form was cut from toe to gut
his presence was upon us.

Ms nature so very grateful
her sun was still a shining
she basked in warmth and took a tan
each cloud a silver lining

then i was thinking about how hot she got and time sneaking up behind her, you know, subtle like, and the kind of deeper implication that time has no real meaning to Ms Nature. kind of like how women basically dis everything guys do. :spank:

I was watching CK Lewis last night, that guy is seriously funny. He was joking about how cool it is that us humans are at the top of the food chain. It was a pretty funny skit but once I'd finished laughing it got me thinking. Are we really at the top like we think we are?

Anyway, I'm kind of working on a song along the theme of this nature so it interested me more than it normally would. In the end I decided we're not at the top of the food chain. Mother nature is, and she's the most ruthless predator of all. Think I'd stand a better chance of escaping a shark than her.

Anyways, just thought I'd share my extremely positive and spiritual Sunday thought for the day. :D

time is at the top.

i wrote a piece about time once. if i remember, when all is gone to dust and bone, father time will be alone... waiting.

imagine the universe expanded to particles, light years apart. yes there will still be matter and mother nature in a sense, but time will remain unaltered.

Everything should be considered in light of the universe. I wanna hear this tune. But one thing is for sure, time will get us every single time, absolutely no argument.
