fair price for a rode nt3?

I'm looking a t a rode nt3 that I may be able to get for around AUD$150..

Is that a fair price for it in 'as new' condition?

they are $179 US here, which is ~ $250 AUD so Id say thats a good deal.....

Wow, it seems the Rode NT3 has gone up in price... if I remember correctly, I think I only paid $149.99 for my NT3's.

Oh, and 8th street music has the Rode NT3 for $159.00 US.
