Guarantee: Guaranteed not to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) , non defective, and in the condition I've specified. I keep track of serial numbers. Beyond that, sorry but I can't offer returns if you simply don't like the sound or performance. Please demo these products in a store if possible, or check my upcoming videos on my products to see that they are indeed in the described working and cosmetic condition.

Returns: I don't want to be a rental service. Returns only on Defective products within 7 days of receiving the item. If you damage the item I will not accept a return. If you return the item back damaged or broken I will seek compensation. Buyer pays any return shipping.

Hi Shamanaudio, I am not sure why you would post your ebay items here for sale as well. Are you trying to get more bids? It's very borderline to do this here, and some see it as spam. So this might turn off certain individuals. But I think, on my end I will let this slide. Though it would be better if you can actually join the community for real instead of just using our board to advertise what you already advertise on ebay.

I don't see where I violated any guidelines. I've seen others post links to ebay items here. What's so bad about eBay? I consider it a good resource. Everything is set up for a fair and legal exchange so both parties have some assurance. The more links here the better you would think. Just drives more people here to check out the multitude of items for sale.
 
I already reported him yesterday and expected him to be gone by now.
Perhaps if some of you will do likewise we can be rid of him/her/it.

I think what most people 'resent' is that you join only for the purpose of spreading your ebay items for sale. It's just not the culture here. But like I said, you are posting in the classified section and it's legit, not a spam bot, so for now it is OK with me.

This. We generally trade with other HR members based on reputation. If we wanted to buy an NTK from a stranger on Fleabay, get into a bidding war and end up paying way too much, etc., we could just do a search on Fleabay.

Thanks Chater, that's very reasonable of you.

I read the guidelines before I posted and if the guidelines had said not to post such links then I wouldn't have. I also searched and found others posting ebay items so I'm puzzled why my post seems to have riled up people and not the others. Maybe because I'm new here.

I just found this website, so that's why I haven't discussed in the main forums before. But, just like the rest of you I have a love for music and recording so if I can contribute I'd like to. I'm just real busy with my recordings and such that I don't have much time to discuss on forums.

Sorry if I offended, that was not my intent. Still if I'm not a big business, or even a business, I don't see how whether I'm trading with or without ebay as the mediator makes a difference. Perhaps have a rule where if your item is on ebay to create a title such as: FS ebay: FA ebay:

Perhaps he is under the impression that you were somehow part of the community before you started pushing your E-Bay items.

Seriously, I'm just a guy like you trying to make a living. If I can reach more people by posting in relevant forums, things people want and are interested in, and I'm not breaking any rules then whats the issue? Why shouldn't I? As long as there is a way to distinguish between items sold here and items mediated by ebay seems to me that would be ideal. If you're not interested just move on. There are more important things to get riled about than this really.
