Eye Protection

Hey guys, I spend hours and hours like most of the people here on the computer and my eyes are getting kind of bad. My girl works with an eye doctor and she brought me this info about these glasses that are designed for people like as.
Does anyone have any experience with these or something similar?

With a catch phrase of "Digital Performance Eyewear", I suspect marketing spin and little else.

If you have problems with your eyes . . . get them tested by an optometrist, and get glasses to reduce the problem.

Then make sure you practice good screen viewing techniques . . . don't stare at the screen for hours. Get up and move around every hour half or so. Exercise your eyes so that close-up viewing is balanced by long-distance viewing . . . stare out a window or something.

If you're having trust issues with your girl like this, don't get married

Throw some tint and antiglare coating on any set of glasses at a cost of about $2 and you'll get the same effect. Gecko nailed it for you.
