Paragon (suggested above) ruined one of my drives...
I ended up losing all data on a drive because of something it did. I've heard a lot of other people have had problems with it in the past.
Macdrive, IMO is the best way to go for Mac/PC hard drive compatibility - that is if you are primarily using the Mac.
Macdrive was included with earlier versions of Pro Tools, and I believe now that it is still installed on PC systems - you just need to click advanced options when you install, and make sure that it's ticked
