hello
how do you exports tracks in cep 2.0
is it possible?
thanks

Why not just save the session, and then *import* the waves you want into the other software from Windows Explorer?

the problem is when i try to import say a guitar solo to another program
it gets placed at the beginning of the track instead of where it should be.
how should i save the track(solo) so when i import it its in the right place
Thanks

You can save your guitar solo with as a file which begins with silence.
I do it like this:
I mark this track as solo (only one that’s been chosen) and do mix it as a new track.
Since there was nothing before the solo I get new file which starts with the silence and solo is coming in right time.
I don’t know if you have downloaded files for Mix contest #3.
Check it out. All tracks have been made to look just like that.
Otherwise, how are the people supposed to put them correctly to the session?

Let me explain it in English a bit better than gasal. ;) Gasal is correct on the moethod, but didn't convey the message quite clear enough for a newbie to understand.

What you want to do, is solo your guitar track in the multitrack view, thus muting the remaining tracks. Go to File> Save mixdown as (File>Export>Audio in Adobe Audition) and save the file under the name you prefer, and most likely in PCM Wav format.

Essentially, this will create a track which properties are the entire length of the song, but only retain the desired solo track within the mix.
