Exporting To Logic or Cubase

My band has done all the track recordings for our upcoming demo in N-Track, but we are hoping to outsource for the mixing and mastering. The problem is we need to export the tracks to Cubase or Logic Pro. Any help, suggestions, would be gratefull. Thank you in advance.

Solo each instrument and File>mixdown to a wav file for each track.

Do the entire length of the song and start everything a 0:00 so that everything will line up in the other app (that way you or your engineer will have NO excuses for stuff not lining up...)

Yes it's not elegant but you will get assured results...
