Exported WAV but can't play???

I have exported WAV files to cd from my Tascam 788 onto their cd burner.

Have four tracks. But I can't seem to do anything with them when I load the burned cd into my computer. Some kind of codec error???

Anyone know how to help?
 
When you get the .wav files on to your computer, right click the file and go to properties and see if it's 'read only'......if so, change it to 'archive' and then you can work with it.
 
Tried that

I tried to change atributes to archive but it won't let me. So then I copied the four wav files to the hd of my computer and I still can't play them. Get an error message... C00D11CD. HELP!!
