Export timing problem with Tapestop plug-in

Hi -- I am using the Tapestop plug-in that's been talked about a little in these boards (VST plug-in) and when I export the song, the timing of the Tapestop effect is off (early about 1 measure actually). I am using XP/Cubase LE and export as an uncompressed .wav file, Stereo Interleaved, effects and automation options are checked.

Any ideas?
