Expanding interfaces in pro tools?

So I'm sure this has been asked a million times before, but I can't seem to find a clear answer in other threads. I would like to buy Pro Tools M-Powered and the Profire 2626. If I wanted to expand inputs through ADAT, could I connect another interface or mixer to the 2626 if it's not technically supported by Pro Tools M-Powered? Like hypothetically, if I wanted to add a Behringer mixer through adat, would pro tools pick it up because it's connected through the 2626? I'm kind of in the dark here.

Yes. An ADAT in is an ADAT in. It's just looking for digital audio - doesn't care where it came from.

Connect a preamp with A/D converters and ADAT out? Yes.

Connect another interface? I'm not sure.
