I agree with this. I personally don't care if Eddie stacks acid on his cancer-ridden half-tongue while mainlining rat-poison and beating up little old ladies. He rocks. You simply can't deny his impact on modern rock guitar.

You're close, but no cigar. Hammer ons are when you use a fret hand finger to hammer the note, when you include your right hand, it's called a right handed hammer on.

Tapping is what I mentioned above.

Have you ever heard of Curt-Mitchell? He does all those Riff/In the style of videos. That's where I got the teminology of Hammer on, Tapping.

I know this, Eddie didn't name them.
