Don’t forget the Studio Projects CDs

Alan recently sent me the B and C series demo CDs. Definitely worth the price! (free, of course ). If you want to compare SP mics, you can’t live without these! I must warn you, though: THEY ONLY MAKE YOU WANT TO BUY MORE SP MICS!!! The only thing I miss is demos using instruments. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy, just a bar or two using guitar, piano, etc… But hey, I’m not complaining.

You'll probably need a change of underwear if you ever get your hands on one of the Royer demo CD's.

Fletcher threw in the Royer CD when I bought something from
Mercenary, and it does sound great. A bit more than a B1 though!

Of course we wouldn't mind if somebody around here wanted to make some for under a hundred dollars.

I've seen these trashed and a few comments of praise. I might see if I can do a roundup of "other" Chinese mics sometime. I tried to find some reviews of these and could not find anything.

I donno, but I wouldn't expect them to be any better than the Nady 1050s for almost half the price. I already don't like the screen.

Man, where do you find this stuff? I've searched all over for 1050 reviews/comparisons and came up zilch. Next time I'll know better - I'll just ask you.

You got to go that extra mile and read 1,051 reviews.

You might go search at Harmony Central or Gear Slutz for "Bayview."
