Eventide Eclipse or Lexicon PCM81

i've never used the eclipse, but i've used a pcm91, and the reverbs are amazing. the pcm 81 has less revebs and more effects. i'd go lexicon but get some opinions on the eventide.

That is a vote for the Lexicon. Any other opinions on this subject?
 
I gag when I see the price of Eventides..LOL..Whats everyones opinion on the PCM70..I've got a line on one.Gonna try and see if I can get it for cheap ..whats the goin used price on one of these..Thanks in advance

I had the opportunity to try out both of them and decided on the PCM81. The Eventide seems to perform better on instruments such as drums or guitar, but the Lexicon was much smoother on vocals and there were no digital "tails" on the vocals.

Just my opinion, I would still like to have the Eventide since it is an excellent guitar processor, but my primary use was as a general processor and the price was steep.
