Upgrading to mackie's. The PS5s are among the best monitors in the $500 range. (hafler and JBL are the only serious competition, everything else is worthless).
They have excellent midrange, you hear everything going on in the vocals, guitar and keys, nonfatiguing top end, tight bottom and excellent imaging and a fairly wide sweet spot. They are in excellent condition, have not been abused, I monitor at fairly low volumes (I plan on hearing well passed my 30s
).
The bottom line with Event is that your mixes translate.
