...well maybe he doesnt but Stray does :p ...o what da heck bad joke lol..........Anyways Lets Get Er'done. I took the last battle with all do respect to all my opponents/teachers :D With out further ado the "SAMPLE CLAUSE" battle needs some guidelines...1.everyone thats in let er'body know ur in through THIS thread. 2.We have to concur on a song we'll use to freak up...3.we gotta make em BaNg!...Well I dont wanna do all the talkin Im gettin tired ya dig
 
Well, since I just picked up nineteen LPs, I think I should bring the sample to flip.

Daz Wuz up...I thought we were tryna do a Christmas song tho...u got one
 
I'm in........yea try to get like 5-6 christmas melody loops if you can and about 3-4 drum loops and then try to make a hardcore beat out of a christmas song....i think that could be a challenge all on it's own right there
 
lol this does look like a challange. I can't imagine someone making a beat with Jingle Bells haha. This should be interesting....

lol I have no samples for christmas music. Actually I have bearly any samples at all, only a couple band samples & Bob Marley samples, that's about all. Most stuff is done from scratch
 
Aight thats whats up....how about we download a christmas MP3 that we all concur on and chop it ourselves...i think that way we can be creative in our OWN way...ya dig
 
it's gotta be the same mp3 for everyone though as for kicks and snares get 1 or 2 drum loops to chop up and use the kicks and snares outta that loop
 
Come to think of it I dont think I can provide the sounds. Its just a concience thing...ya know. I dont wanna get sounds that I like itll just feel like cheating and I want a challenge....however I CAN get the mp3...what about some Boyz to Men Christmas vibe
 
Hey! When is this taking place? Sounds like a fun and different kind of battle. I'm in!! I gotta make sure i do my stuff foreal this time. I usally get lazy and make my beat after the battle or something stupid!! I think we need like a sample from some old artists singing a christmas song, like billy holiday or something. Something way back with a gritty sound. Something like, chestnuts roasting on an open fire. Anybody got that one?
 
Can't remeber off the top of my head. I'm probably going to feel stupid when i find out tho.
