EV RE410 on sale at MF, but Bstock, thoughts?

HI, was searching for some items to spend my birthday money on and ran across the above mic for sale, for $69. HMmm, that seems low to me, so I am considering springing for it. I mean, I could use it for a background singer with a preamp and it might work some wonders.

I have posted a few times asking about a condensor that might work for live as well as some studio efforts, so this might fit the bill. So, will await your thoughts and then make up my mind. OH, any info would be greatly appreciated, psongman
 
Well, I am going to purchase it asap. I mean it must be a decent mic, but am sure it would still pick up a lot if used on stage or in church, as my other condensors are very sensitive. However, it might have some zip and oomph to it, as I have had a lot of people comment that I have a decent voice but don't like to get on top of or eat the microphone like a lot of other singers. Will post on its quality and sound when I receive it and try it out, thanx for the push, psongman
