Error Message

As far as I can tell the program runs normally but whenever I close an error message pops up:

digiSPTIService.exe Application Error

The instruction at "0x7c911689" referenced memory at "0x00000000".

The memory could not be "read".

Click OK to terminate program


Does anyone have a clue as to what this is? It's an Mbox mini.

Sorry for the delay...I got hung up yesterday.

I'm running the Mini Box PT LE 7.1

Excuse my ignorance but how do I "trash preferences"?

Ok I deleted prefs and when I closed the program tonight there was no error message...lookin good.
