Hi, I'm an 18 years old boy and I wanna start to buy some "Audio Production" equipments. I bet there?s a million of guy like me that ask all these question before but I didn?t found anything about this on the forum.
I have Fruity Loops Producer Edition XXL, but someone told me quickly that I can rewire Fruity Loops to Reason. How can I do this? And also, do I have the right programs to start doing house music? Because I eared a lot about Ableton, Logic (For Mac), CuBase, etc and I don?t really know the one I should take. I?ve got also an Axiom 49. I?m looking forward to buy a synth. I?ve got another question about this. For a beginner, which synth would be the greatest? Also, do I have to earn a specific program to record synth directly into my computer? Talking about computer, mine is kind of a piece of shit now and I?m looking to purchase a laptop too, like JPB said in is thread. Is there a better kind of laptop for me considering all the things I said before?
I know all those questions are quite unclear to all of you, but I?m a beginner and I just wanna learn more and more about all around touching recording and producing House/Electro/Trance music. Also, sorry for my bad english, I'm from Quebec, Canada.
