I am almost ready to start buying my gear for a project studio. My question is this:
If I aquire a Lexicon MX400XL, an FMR RNP preamp, an AT 4050 mic, and an interface, will this suffice my needs of recording guitar, bass, and vocals into my DAW, or is there anything Im leaving out/unaware of? And will I be able to run guitar>preamp>effects unit>interface>DAW, and the mics in the same fashion?

Do you have a specific intent behind getting the RNP? Your interface will have preamps, and there is normally better bang for the buck in a noobie set up than buying separate preamps. This is not to imply there's anything wrong with it, I believe it's a very good unit.

What are you going to listen to your recordings on? Where are you doing the recording?

There is quite a bit you have left out/not properly considered!

You blithely consider spending £1400(rough tot up) on specified equipment but then leave the interface almost as an afterthought???? MOST importantly, ici monitors? The 600quid you are thinking of plonking on that mic would buy you some pretty decent monitors but since you don't need either the reverb unit nor the RNP (both nice ok? No crit here!) spend even more and use the change to get some room treatment.

So, audio interfaces. If you are on your own and just need to build tracks you only really need two mic/line instrument inputs but a bit of flexibility never hurts so look very hard at the Native Instruments KA6. 2 mic/ln/instr ins but also two more line ins (4 outs) which could take the signal from a future boooteek pre amp or a mixer or keys etc. The KA6 also has digital, S/PDIF I/0 so a pre amp such as the Audient Mico would give you 4 superb mic pre amps.

Mics? Rather than wrestle with a big side address jobbie at this stage look at a pair of Small Diaphragm Capacitors, several pretty good ones about at £100 ish a pair and an SM57.

If there is anything left in the piggy bank buy some decent CLOSED back headphones. Sennheiser do not make any bad ones.

Well, I converted my garage into a 20'x12' studio using double wall construction, and a layer of green glue sandwihed between the layers of 5/8" sheetrock on the walls, floating ceiling, and also between the flooring and sub-floor. I still need to add acoustic foam to the walls, but at this point here is absolutely no audible noise coming through from the outside, and I live right next to the ocean where the Coast Guard flies their helicopters down the beach right near my house a couple times daily. That is where I'll be recording. I have a Focusrite Scarlett 18i8 interface and Cubase7 software, KRK Rockit monitors, and different headphones and amp. Ive been recording over the last year using Audacity, and a Blue Encore 300 mic, but now I want to step up to a better gear that will not only work for me at home, but in he occasional live situation as well, hence the Lexicon unit. I hope this gives a better picture of what I am after.

Skip the acoustic foam and use fiberglass soundboard to make broadband absorbers and bass traps.
