epiphone les paul standard vs classic

my friend is going to get an epiphone les paul, and wants to know the difference between the standard vs the classic and which one she should get.

well of course money for starters, also its all in the sound. Listen to them both and make a decision on sound quality and playability, you know what makes her comfortable, of course I would tell your friend to by a FENDER but thats me. Good luck!!!

i know the gibson classics have higher output pickups, so i would think that the epi classic does also. that might be something she wants to take into consideration
