Ensoniq Eps16

I have recently purchased a secound hand EPS. Which seemed like a good idea at the time. It came woth no manual, and I don't believe there is a downloadable version. I was not aware that I had to program sounds into the keyboard. Problem is I don't have any sounds to program into it.
Does anyone use the EPS16 or have any info that I could use???????????

Ye olde Eps16, there should be some midi banks available on the internet. Try Yahoo and MSN groups. They seem to have a group for just about anything.

The EPS 16 is a sampler, not a sythesizer. Not sure if it allows sample dumps over MIDI. Did you look over at http://www.synthzone.com in the Ensoniq section? That might be a good start.

-the 16+ ain't a bad sampler

-you should visit www.syntaur.com for sounds, etc...

-it will let u load 8 sounds at a time based on the memory u got

-by the way did ya get an output expander with it?

I love my EPS...

Roland and those *other ones* can be so complicated..

The EPS operates exactly how one would think it should..


Unfortuantely the quality control was so bad....
