I need some help with emagic SoundDiver, when I request all the memories from my triton rack, the device window remains empty, it does not show any patch name (but i see the software receiving them, the progress bar keeps going up, and the midi led lights up on the module)
The manual says that as the retrive progress advances, I should see the names appear on the device window.... not my case.
Another problem, when I select the device I want to install device from the install window, the program crashes.... this happens 7 out of 10 times, and with some modules... all the time.
any suggestion appreciated.
