a friend wants to get an electric drum kit to use in his chruch

he was looking at the MILLENIUM MPS-100 and asked me what i tought of it but i dont know anything about electric kits, what do ye think

the MILLENIUM MPS-100, headphones, sticks x2 and stool can be bought for 377euro plus delivery

i dont know the size of the chruch, mixer or speakers
he will let me know tomorrow

he was also asking about subs....

cheers....

if you want something that sounds, feels and looks good in a low budget look into "pintech" drums ...its the offbrand of vdrums but not as expensive..they feel like the vdums too..i like them...but then...they aren't the best thing in the world....

i second that...you could never compare a pintech to a roland..but pintech is a little cheaper...but if i had the money i would sell my pintech and buy a roland..

tks for the replys...

the roland looks very impressive, from looking at that vid the sound is more realistic than i tought it would be for the price, the kits that sell for 2,000-3,000euro and even over 5,000euro must be mind blowing...

the td-3sw can be got for 999euro
over here rolands cheapest kit is the td-3kw thats going at 879euro

the kit i posted earlier a friend was asking me about that and i met him this evening and he said he ordered it today, but for under 400euro i cant imagine it being anything more than a kids toy

Raven46,
"...than i tought it would be..."
That's brilliant - you write with an accent!
Sorry, no offence intended!
The euro thing is really hard to translate into AUS$ - I could almost do it with UKquid but a Euro is the biggest kangaroo downunder.
