Electar?? is it worth it?

I was looking at this, and was wondering wether it is good, sounds good, wont fall apart etc.. haha. Its a pretty neat 12 channel mixer. 4 with mic pre with fantom power, and 4 stereo line ins. has a couple of stuff there like eq and volume, and blah.. has anyone tryed it. The features look preatty good for the price. I wouldnt pay more then that.. if I were to pay more Id just use a POD as a mic preamp(dynamic mic).
