Has Anyone Used These In Their Room, If So How Do They Work?
I Am Mainly Worried About Keeping As Much Of The Live Drum Noise/sound In The Room.

You'll probably get ribbed a lot for asking this. The short answer is no.

The only thing they will do is slightly absorb the very highs, and not even that much.

As far as preventing sound from getting out of the room, they won't help a bit.

You'll basically just end up with an ever-so-slightly darker sound in the room that will be just as loud outside as it was before.

He says egg crate FOAM so i assume you mean this stuff:

which is a convoluted acoustic foam with a profile simmiler to egg crate

if so then yes it will work in tandum with bass trapping at deadening a room but will have absolutlly no effect on sound transmission for that you need mass and decoupling

if you meant actual egg crates then they will have almost no affect on anything but frequencys above 4K Hz and are a major fire hazard
