HI,
4 years ago I was given a Tascam 2488 Neo, it does not have a drum effects in the unit, but other effects. Multi, and vocal. SO here is my confusion:
1. first of all, when assigning signals, what is the difference between the terminology "input" vs "Select channel". vs Channel.
2. Out of the built in effects, is it possible, to assign a different effect to each channel. IE: reverb for vocal, delay for guitar, overdrive for guitar, and for clear understanding purposes, we will say we are using input one assigned to channels 1 for the mike (is this correct), 3 for the guitar, and 6 for the other guitar.
Now please with patients and kindness, could you write it out so I can understand.... because I tried to read long conversations, some are concluding this is impossible, and some say it is possible.
I need the a linear which button press button sequence, just simple, example like press input One...>>, then Press select one... this input one is now assigned to channel one controlled by slider one.. It is from here I am confused, what sequence of buttons in their correct order do I press to assign different effects to different channels. It seems like I only can get one effect that effect seems to attached to every channel no matter what, then I cannot be rid of it, no way to shut it off!!.... going nuts!!! HELP!!! Please!! thanks..
