effects question

has anyone used the bbe sonic stomp in your guitar rig? if so what did it do for your sound?
i have used the rack mount bbe sonic maximizer for live sound on the pa, but never tried in my rig......love to hear your thoughts and what amp are you using it with
 
Take the one out of your PA rig and give it a go. The Sonic stomp will do the same thing. So if you like what it does then you will know whether to buy it. :D

trust me, i thought of that, but my house burnt 2 years ago and there are some things i have yet to replace.....and my bbe happened to be one of them. oh well, it is less than $100 for the pedal so i am sure i will use it one way or another
 
pretty sure it will just hype your mids to give you that wonderfull/awfull "sonic maximizer sparkle". You can prolly accomplish that somewhere else in your signal chain without spending extra money on a stomp. Used to use their plug in on my Rhodes when I was recording, but rarely on guitars.
