Effects for days!

yoyo - I'm going to pick up an effects processor here soon...and I've got my eye on two in particular. The Ensoniq DP/4, and the Digitech Quad 4 -- both similarly priced and both have four seperate in and out channels for multilayering of effects. Does anyone have much experience with either one, or would anyone recommend a different multieffect processor? These are both going for between 220-350 used on E-Bay. Any input???

Among the two you have mentioned I would recommend Ensoniq DP/4. They are good. Like c7sus said Lexicon MPX1 is a equally better processor. I have a MpX1 and I like it a lot, They are awesome. Very easy to use and high quality effects. Now after getting used to the awesome Lexicon processors I made a big leap to PCM81. I am planning to put my MPX1 on ebay for sale next week if you are interested you can contact me. :)

hey - thanks for the info...yeah, I need to do a little research on the MPX and get back to you on that though my man - that sounds good, but just based on my current financial situation, I couldn't go up to 400 - but u bring up an interesting prospect. I'll look into it
