I wasn't sure whether to post this in drums or here, but here I go. I was wondering how the Eels got that sort of lo-fi drum sound on the track "The Sound of Fear" off the album "Daisies of the Galaxy). Any ideas?

Sorry, can't help you with your question, but I think it's cool that you mentioned the EELS. Have you heard Abandoned Pools? It's Tommy Walters who was the bassist for the EELS first album.
Anyway, I use a resonant filter sometimes to make drums sound kind of lo-fi.
