Hi - Got CEP2 and would like to know how most people go about editing speech. As far as I can see, the quick and dirty way is to expand out the timeline, click and mouse over the offending word and delete.
For really tight editiding, though, it would be so useful to have a preview feature so you can highlight the word to be deleted, then loop the audio a few seconds either side to preview your edit, nibble away at the highlight so it sounds natural before hitting delete (anyone who has edited on a minidisc deck will know what I'm talking about).
If this feature doesn't exist, what's the next best option??
