I'm looking at the Edirol ur-80 i like the idea of being able to control alot from the onboard control. has anyone heard anything good or bad about it?
Edirol ur80, is it worth while?

Haven't heard anything. Seems a little pricey for only having two inputs. But I suppose if you want faders and a transport maybe it's worth it to you. I guess I'm more of a fan of buying separate components as opposed to an all-in-one do-everything box. It makes it easier to upgrade things, and you get more what you want. But if it does what you need...then that's all that matters. Edirol is a known brand name, so I would think it's decent.
