anyhone know of any significant improvements in the 3g vs the layla 24/96, other than the built in pres?

I have hte 24/96 and might want to pick up a second one day for more channels, was curious how they compare. I've decided to jsut get dedicated pres for channels I need, so I don;t mind the loss of built in pres, but i would be interested in hearing if there are better converters or someting in the 3G.

Careful, shoddy drivers, at least on my ASUS a8n/AMD x2 system... :/
