okay, basicaly at the moment I'm split between getting an echo layla 3g and a secondhand digi9636 with one of their 8 channel in expansion boards. Now after doing abit of research now it seem that the Rme's converters will only do 24/48 wethers the layla's will do 24/96
I don't realy care that much about the extra pre's on the layla as I'll probably end up bypassing them in the long term anyway, and from Rme's reputation it would have much better drivers than the layla.
