I have narrowed my souncard decision down to these 2 choices. I'm looking for input on either of these. All input, good or bad, is appreciated. They both have the features I am looking for.
I am running an AMD 1.4 with 512 ram and win2K. I currently use Cool Edit Pro 2.0 which is now Adobe Audition.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Well I haven't used The Gina, But I can say the Delta66 is a great card. Some of the best A/D converters I've heard in this price range. My only problem is the lack of dedicated monitor outputs. But you can upgrade the Delta66 with the OMNI, Which gives you sends/returns preamps (+48v), etc.

you may wanna make sure that echo is compat with AMD....i know when i was looking at these lower end cards...about 3 years ago it wasn't

The Gina is overpriced.....it only has 2 inputs, the Delta has 4....the Gina has 8 outputs over the Deltas 4 if thats a factor.......the sound quality is about the same.......Gina has optical s/pdif and adat i/o if thats a factor.......so both go for around $299, but Gina puts more into outputs than inputs.....

if you choose the Delta 66 i would definitely consider the Omni Studio add-on that Atterion mentioned......it runs about $80 more than the regular Delta66 when you buy them together....separate its a whole lot more.....you get so much more with the Omni that it would be crazy to pass it up......

Thanks for the input guys.
I decided to go with the Omni Studio which includes rge Delta 66 and the Omni Studio box.
I'll let you know how I make out.

Thanks again
