That is stupid! 
It would be worth that much just to have in as filler! But the seller shot himself in the foot with local pickup only. That's usually a bad idea. That would be easy to ship.
Compare that to one that sold yesterday as a non-working parts machine with the runaway motor issue, for $225.00!

I think it's a combination of "Local Pickup Only", which always bids lower, and closing the bid on Monday at 12:07pm, just after noon. But never mind.
I will take this unit, run it through it's paces, fix anything that's not working up to par, tune up and calibrate it, and sell it for no less than $225,... since it took me appx $25 in gasoline to drive down and pick it up!
(Maybe $250 or more since in includes the remote!)
