ok got my behringer ub802 mixer today now i need to get that to my sound card (audio media III) That has rca anolog in and out on it do i need to get rca cables that go to 1/4in plug or can i run from tape in and out on board. I guess im asking how do i hook this up to my sound card?

Get the 1/4" to RCA adapters, that way you'll have more flexibilty once you feel you want to run aux/send or monitor outs to your soundcard. Behri do write quite a good manual - take some time to read it and see how you can send different signals to different outputs.

speaker cables

the behringer manual dont tell me how to hook to my soundcard right i looked anyway so do i wana run speaker cables then from rca adapters to board and do i run out of main out to sound card? And do i run anolog out from my card to tape in on board and from tape out to my stero as i use for monitors?

No speaker cables - guitar/instrument cables! Then yes, you have the basic routing picture pretty well in hand. First of all, out of the main outs of the board to the in of the soundcard. Second, out of the outs of the soundcard to into the monitor amp. When you get a patchbay these are probably the first connections you will want to mount...

tape outs

thanks now my question is ...i ran rca out of board on tape outs now on the audio media III card it says you can run 2 anolog channels there is only one set of rca in on card now how do i make board run 2 mics on diff channels doc i need to pan one left and pan channel 2 to the right ?
