im in the market for an audio card and wondering what you guys think is the better card for the money? both seem to be commonly available for $99 and for my setup it would be in the following chain..

mics -> yamaha MG16/4 mixer -> soundcard -> sonar 4

any strenghts/weaknesses of either card you have experienced would be appreciated as well.
