dumb question

alright, i'm new to home recording, and not very good with electronics, heh. my question is, when mixing down, how to hook up my 4-track to another cassette deck? i assume there's a cable i need. can anyone help me? thanks.

You'll probably just need a simple set of L-R RCA cables. They're probably red and white, round shaped plugs. The cables are available everywhere and all pretty much sound the same if you're using a 4-track and cassette.

your deck most likely has a L/R line out, RCA type maybe with a white ring around one and red ring around the other..
You need a pair of cables with the RCA type connectors on them. Connect the red one to left and the white one to right on the line outs of your deck. Another deck should have L/R line in on it, thats where the other end of the cables plug in. Radio Shack can help you...
