There is the Nady Patch Bay that I was looking at ... It is 50 Bucks I believe ... Is this a good one? Also ... How do patchbays work? / Be plugged into my computer?

Is it Balanced or Unbalanced? Make sure of your needs. There are better units than Nady.

Yes. You can take an input or output through a Patchbay.
