Dsounds Plug-Ins

Hello i am an old fashioned analog recorder user who is experimenting with cakewalk for the first time. I have downloaded a demo of cakewalk guitar studio (i think it is version 2)and i downloaded a dsounds plugin called stompin fx box. How do i get the fx to work on cakewalk?

First you need to install the plugin. When this is done, it should be registered in any app. that uses DirectX plugins.

I don't have Guitar Tracks 2 but in CWPA9, you can audition an effect by adding the Effect in Track View, Mixer Console or by right-clicking on the audio clip and choosing Audio Effects..

If anyone out there has GtrTracks 2 then you'll be able to be more specific - but for now: try right-clicking on a part you recorded. If you have an Audio Effects menu then you're in luck..
