I don't have a drums set so I have to use samples. Where can I purchase good drum samples from? Does anyone else use drum samples?

I'm not sure but I can tell you I wish I hadn't bought this:

I've looked and can't find a MIDI or USB jack on it so how are you supposed to hook it up?

I like drums on demand, they're .wav loops that are easy to stick together to make good song sets. www.drumsondemand.com

They also provide individual hits for use in a sampler.

EzDrummer from Toontrack.

But you need to buy the expansion packs--at least I did. The "pop-rock" stuff that comes with the engine just didn't seem to work out. I went for the Nashville and Vintage expansion sets and they seem to have more useable MIDI files, at least for what I'm trying to do. The drum samples are top-notch.
