Can you mix each pad sepetately on a drum rack ? Like add a compressor to a kick , not on the kick and snare

Most definitely!
Simply drag and drop the device/plug-in on to the individual cell in the drum rack.
(You can even create sends and returns in the drum rack.)

When you add a sound to a note box, it creates a total instrument, you can even create multiple hits on one section. You will open up the chain list, there you can craft each sound with effects and treatments. You can then add effects to the whole module that you've created.
I would note, if you are using a pad, you should build these with the pad mapping in mind.
