Out of the mics listed in the ad, the only one I have any personal experience with is
the SM57 (of course).
In regards to your question however, the 57 is commonly used as a snare mic even in studios with more expensive mics to choose from. Additionally the SM57 is prefered by some singers for both live or the studio, with Chris Cornell of Soundgarden/Audioslave being the first one that pops into mind.
For $60 it's about right for a used SM57. I have seen them for fo for a bit less, like $50 but this is not a bad price over all.
For the other mics I don't have much to offer other than the Shure and Audio Technicas are probably the safer bet, and it looks like the seller does have a drumset mic kit in the pic so may be worth grabbing that if you can swing it. That way you can at least mic your kit, or use them to record other things like guitar cabinets or whatever else.
