Please can you tell me how can I update the drivers of my SBLive! soundcard and how I have to install them?

You should not update the drivers for the SB Live with the one from the Sound Blaster website if you are using 2000 or XP. They are absolute CRAP and will cause all kinds of problems. Stick with the one that came with these versions of Windows.
