driver help

Hey guys, i purchased an evolution u control uc33e midi controller from ebay a couple of weeks ago, but the guy i bought it from didnt have the driver disc. i thought it would be ok since i can usually find them online. with this one however, i cant find it anywhere. i contacted m audio tech support who apparently own evolution now, and since its an old model, they dont offer any tech support whatsoever.

any idea what i can do? or am a basically shit out of luck?

Oh that sucks.

If it's not possible to do a more extensive web search, maybe try searching eBay for the disc?
 
I'm pretty sure you don't need a driver if you are using WinXP or later.
 
aaaah, i'm using mac so maybe it will be ok?

is there a way i need to configure the controller in ableton? it wont let me midi map the device.

hey guys, thanks so much for the help. i set it up as a remote and it worked out. i was just confused because it was listed in the devices, but i just used input 1 and it worked. cheers.
