I'M HAVING TROUBLE INSTALLING THE DELTA 1010 INTO MY PC(WINDOWS XP PRO) KEEPS COMING UP NO " WINDOWS DIGITAL SIGNATURE" WILL NOT INSTALL WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?

In XP, you should be allowed to simply ignore that and install the drivers anyway.

i've tried to do that very thing but when i go into control panel then click add /remove hardware click on device manager scroll down the items and get to delta1010 click on this the box says this device is not working properly(code 39)go to troubleshooter
i'm sure i'm doing something wrong...i just don't know what to correct it.

you need to let XP know the drivers are compatible (or that you are willing to risk it). Click as follows....

Start.....

Programs....

Accessories.....

Program compatability wizard.

This opens up a handy wizard that asks you what OS the driver was intended for (win98), where the driver is (be it cd or hard drive) and then says something like its not signed but do you care?

Tada
